What Happens in Surgery?
A 3 cm incision is made in the scrotum.
The implant channels are measured and prepared to preserve blood flow and sensation.
The implant is placed, inflated, and the incision is closed with dissolvable stitches.
Girth & Length Enhancement
​Tiny slits are made in the outer tissue (tunica) to create space for expansion.
For added length, nerves are gently lifted to allow more room — this can add up to 4 cm.
The implant is placed and inflated to begin tissue stretching.
Recovery & Results
You'll go home the same day of your surgery
Drains are removed within 48 hours.
You’ll start daily inflation 2–4 weeks after surgery.
Girth and length improve gradually over 3–6 months with regular cycling.
